Free-Trial Booking Terms

Free-trial sessions are offered to new, prospective CFC families to try the program before enrolling in a paid season.

One free trial per child. If you’d like a second child to attend, please book a separate trial for them — each child needs their own confirmed spot.

• Booking a session reserves one spot for your child at that specific date, time, and location. Spots are limited and confirmed on a first-booked basis.
• Bookings can be made up to 12 hours before a session starts, capacity allowing.
• A confirmation email is sent immediately after booking, with a link to manage (cancel or reschedule) your booking without needing to create an account.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before the session start time.

If no suitable session is available for your child’s age, you can join the waitlist. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a spot — we’ll contact you if one becomes available.
