Who we are

City Futsal Club (“CFC”, “we”, “us”) operates youth futsal training programs in the Tri-Cities area (Coquitlam / Port Moody), BC. You can reach us at contact@cityfutsalclub.ca or 778-302-8883.

What we collect

  • Parent/guardian name, email address, and phone number
  • Child’s name and age
  • Any optional notes you choose to leave for the coach when booking
  • Booking details (session selected, booking status, attendance)
  • Technical data: how you found the site (UTM source data from ads), general site usage analytics

We do not collect health, medical, or emergency contact information through the free-trial booking form.

Why we collect it

  • To confirm and manage a trial session booking
  • To send booking confirmations, reminders, and (if you opt in) news about CFC programs
  • To run the trial safely, using the child’s age and any coach-relevant notes you provide
  • To understand which advertising brought you to the site, so we can run it more effectively

How we use email

Booking confirmations and reminders are sent because they’re necessary to deliver the service you requested — this isn’t optional and doesn’t require separate consent. Promotional emails (season announcements, offers) are sent only if you separately opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who sees your information

Only City Futsal Club staff. We use third-party services to run the site and send email (currently Supabase for data storage and Resend for email delivery) — they process data on our behalf and don’t use it for their own purposes. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to run our programs and meet basic record-keeping needs, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information, or withdraw marketing consent, any time by emailing contact@cityfutsalclub.ca.

Children's information

This form is completed by a parent or guardian on behalf of their child; we don’t knowingly collect information directly from children.
