Cancellation & Rescheduling

• You can cancel or reschedule a free-trial booking, at no cost, up to 12 hours before the session start time, using the link in your confirmation email.
• Rescheduling moves your child to another eligible, available session — subject to that session’s capacity.
• Cancelling releases the spot for another family.
• If you miss a session without cancelling, that’s okay — just reach out to us if you’d like to arrange another trial.

The 10-week paid seasonal program is non-refundable. If your child needs to miss a session, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help — but payment for the season is not refunded once the program has started.
